Casting Crowns has always focused on delivering singable truths that point to Jesus, a cornerstone of their brand. With their latest album, Healer, lead singer and primary songwriter Mark Hall faced the challenge of writing during the pandemic. Despite the overwhelming circumstances, Mark stayed true to his signature straightforward truth, writing from the heart about his own struggles, fears, and uncertainties. This led to an undeniable theme of healing throughout the album.

Healer emphasizes the need for Jesus, the Healer, to be at the center of our lives. The title track highlights that true healing comes not from worldly sources but from Jesus alone. Songs like “Desert Road” and “Anything But Easy” explore themes of faith, trust, and bringing loved ones to Jesus despite obstacles. The poignant ballad “Scars In Heaven” addresses the different facets of healing, including the healing that comes through loss.

The album also includes lighter, fun tracks like “2nd Opinions” and “Crazy People,” which convey deep truths in a relatable manner. Through Healer, Casting Crowns challenges listeners to seek true healing from Jesus, showcasing that healing can come in many different forms.

Warrant and Firehouse

About the band Warrant:

At its core, WARRANT is an American rock band through and through. The band first came into the national spotlight with their debut album Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich. This album produced Radio and MTV chart toppers “Down Boys,” “Sometimes She Cries,” and the massive hit “Heaven.” WARRANT’s sophomore album Cherry Pie spawned the MTV & Radio hits “Cherry Pie,” “Uncle Tom’s Cabin,” and “I Saw Red.” Their current album, Louder Harder Faster, released on Frontiers Records, has been highly regarded in reviews and embraced by fans.

WARRANT has been headlining festivals, casinos, and fairs nationwide to support of their latest CD, Louder Harder Faster, and the 30th anniversary of their debut album, Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich. These rockers can’t wait to play not only all the hits their fans know & love, but also new tunes/videos like “Louder Harder Faster” & “I Think I Will Just Stay Here & Drink.”

About the band Firehouse:

FireHouse is estimated to have sold over 7 million albums worldwide since its debut. The band’s commercial success has produced Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum records in the United States and countries abroad.

Their first album, entitled FireHouse, is best known for songs “Shake & Tumble,” “Don’t Treat Me Bad,” and “Love of a Lifetime.” At the 1991 American Music Awards, Firehouse accepted the Best New Hard Rock/Metal Band award, chosen over Nirvana and Alice in Chains. Over their next few albums, the songs “When I Look into Your Eyes,” “I Live My Life for You,” “You Are My Religion,” and “Here for You” are most notable.

FireHouse has released the following statement regarding the 2024 Tour with Warrant:

We’re sad to learn of the passing of CJ Snare, the original lead vocalist, and a founding member of the musical group FireHouse. We were looking forward to CJ rejoining the band after recovering from surgery last fall. Unfortunately, due to CJ’s untimely passing, that won’t be possible. FireHouse will however still be performing with Warrant on Saturday, May 11 at the Municipal Arena in Watertown NY.

Nate Peck, 2023 American Idol Golden Ticket recipient from Season 21, will be handling vocals. With CJ’s blessing and full support, Nate has been singing with the band in CJ’s absence over the past 6 months.

CJ left an indelible mark on the music industry with his soaring vocals and the FireHouse music he helped craft.

Reach for the Sky CJ! Your memory and your music will live on forever.
